EDCR 5.07 requires parties in all domestic relations matters where a child is at issue to attend a co-parenting seminar within 45 days of service of the initial complaint. Within Nevada, a four-hour divorce program specific to coping with the problems that result from divorce or separation and includes developing a plan for co-parenting successfully.
